-GROUND BEEF - $7/LB

We sell our beef by the the whole cow, half cow, quarter cow, or what we call a "Family Pack", which is any amount greater than 10lbs and less than 200 lbs, (approximately half a cow) and includes half of the weight in ground beef and the other half of the weight in mixed cuts such as steaks, roasts, stew beef, plus organ meats and bones if you want those too! You pick the amount you want to purchase with the family pack.  For example, you could buy 10 lbs, 25 lbs, 35 lbs, 50 lbs, 75 lbs, or 90 lbs (or any amount in between). The family pack is great for a family or individual that would like to purchase beef in bulk and take advantage of the price break, but maybe doesn't have enough freezer space for a quarter or half cow.  A 25 lb family pack will easily fit into a regular household freezer (it will fill a brown paper grocery bag like the ones from health food stores.)

All bulk beef purchased in family packs (10 or MORE pounds and includes half ground beef and half mixed cuts) =

Half Cow = $4.50/LB CARCASS WEIGHT

A half cow of finished, packaged meat will be about 220-225 lbs total. Each cow is an individual and will weigh a slightly different amount.)

Whole Cow = $4.50/LB CARCASS WEIGHT

A whole cow of finished, packaged meat will be about 375-450 lbs, depending on the size of the individual cow.

Ground Beef = $7.00/ lb 

Steaks = $12.00 - $23.00/ lb

Roasts = $8.00- $14.00 / lb

Stew Beef = $8.00/ lb

Osso Bucco - $16.00 / 2 lbs

Beef Cheek - $11.00/ lb

Beef Tongue = $12.00 each

Beef Heart = $11.00 (about 3.5 lbs)

Beef Liver = $4.00/ lb

Beef Kidney = $2.00/ lb

Marrow Bones = $6.00/ lb

Beef Neck Bones = $5.00/ package

Bone Broth/ Soup Bones =  $3.00/lb
